Did not want to even give one star. We are very meticulous about our things and take care of most (95%) of our own maintenance. I reluctantly hired a landscape crew to help routinely manage our yard. It was ok, not great, and then this happened. I had emailed regarding what three trees in our courtyard were to be trimmed including pictures, requesting they let me know when coming and discuss with me if did not know how to cut palms. The beautiful pindo palm in our front yard that was not part of the scope of work was butchered without any prior contact or even a response to the email I sent weeks earlier and again this week. A professional would know you do not cut green palm fronds (only very brown branches) and never to the base as it exposes tree to diseases like an open wound. This tree, that again was not even supposed to be touched, had 25 green fronds and seed pods chopped off. They also over cut the mule palm in our courtyard removing the flowering seed pods. Awaiting resolution, but honestly this is irreparable as can't put it back. And to boot the 20+ year old pindo is an extremely slow growing tree. We have several events at our home and have lost beauty and privacy (replaced with absolute anger and sadness). We do not recommend this company. The crews are obviously only self proclaimed professionals, not certified professionals. See pics with before and after. There is no excuse or defending this.

Entered my information on the website requesting a quote and within a few days the salesman came out to look at the project location to be able to quote the job. The project was to resod the backyard and some portions of the front yard. He never followed up with the promised quote via email. Even after I texted him. Just straight ghosted me. Luckily I was able to find J&J Hydroseed and they promptly came out, quoted it, and hydroseeded the yard all in the same day.

I have been a green seasons, customer for three years. Up until now, I’ve been very satisfied. In the last year, weed killer has been sprayed into my flowerbeds twice and killed all of my flowers. This after I called and texted numerous times and asked that the technician be informed that he should not spray near flower beds. The technicians were not informed or they ignored it. Once again, all of my spring annuals have been sprayed and they are all dying. I am so disappointed and frustrated! I will definitely not renew this service. I have requested compensation and replacement of plants, but have not received a response yet. Last time I was informed that my yard would be sprayed, I called and spoke to someone who said she was a supervisor. She assured me that my flowers would not be sprayed, but they were!, Do not use this service unless you have no flowers to kill! They deserve no stars for awful service!

I had an underground sprinkler system installed in my front yard and flowerbed. Personnel were very efficient and knowledgeable. They had to work around flower beds and sod recently installed. The project went well and I am currently very pleased with the services performed.
